In this study we are analyzing how different intensities of exercise <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW180748006 BCX0\">can <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW180748006 BCX0\">impact<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW180748006 BCX0\"> balance, postural control, and neuroplasticity in<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW180748006 BCX0\"> Parkinson\u2019s <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW180748006 BCX0\">Disease.<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW180748006 BCX0\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Past Projects<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;162&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;5\/12&#8243;]<a href=\"https:\/\/clinicaltrials.gov\/study\/NCT06111690?locStr=San%20Antonio,%20TX&amp;country=US&amp;state=Texas&amp;city=San%20Antonio&amp;intr=Blood-Flow-Restriction%20Training&amp;rank=2\"><h3>Blood Flow Restriction and knee Osteoarthritis<\/h3><\/a>[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Knee osteoarthritis often limits a person\u2019s ability to tolerate high resistance exercises&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">necessary to improve muscle strength. This is especially relevant in the context of&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">postoperative recovery from total knee replacement surgeries for individuals with osteoarthritis.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;]<h2>Other Projects<\/h2>[vc_single_image image=&#8221;243&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;5\/12&#8243;]<h2>EMIMSK<\/h2>[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<span data-contrast=\"none\">The&nbsp;<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">EMIMSK Study<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">&nbsp;is exploring how two preventive treatments\u2014traditional factor VIII infusions and the newer therapy&nbsp;emicizumab\u2014affect joint and bone health in people with severe Hemophilia A.
