The genome integrity and epigenome of sperm from men with recurrent pregnancy loss (SpermRPL study)<\/h3><\/a>[vc_column_text]This is a five-year NIH funded study that is relevant to public health because it addresses a major knowledge gap in our understanding of recurrent pregnancy loss by investigating male factor causes.\u00a0 This study will identify abnormalities in the quality of sperm and establish a new clinical paradigm to include diagnostic sperm testing of men with recurrent pregnancy loss.\u00a0 We will study sperm DNA fragmentation, sperm DNA methylation and sperm histone retention patterns using the latest molecular techniques.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″] \n \n \n <\/i>\n <\/i>\n <\/span>
